FrameVela AI helps users turn uploaded photos into short AI videos. This policy explains what information we process and how we use it.

Information We Process

• Uploaded photos and prompts used to create video generation jobs.
• Generated video URLs, job status, credit usage, and basic account identifiers.
• Email addresses handled by Supabase Auth for account login. FrameVela AI does not copy the email address into its payment table.
• Limited payment confirmation data from Creem: provider, payment and event identifiers, internal account ID, plan, credit amount, and timestamp.
• Technical information such as browser-local anonymous user IDs, request logs, errors, and device/browser data.

How We Use Information

• To generate, preview, and deliver AI video results.
• To maintain credit balances and prevent duplicate payment credits.
• To troubleshoot failed jobs, improve templates, and protect the service from abuse.
• To respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Uploaded Photos And Generated Videos

Uploaded photos and generated videos may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers only for the purpose of processing the requested job. Do not upload photos unless you have the right to use them.

Payments

Payments are processed on Creem's hosted checkout. FrameVela AI does not receive or store full payment card numbers, security codes, or billing addresses. We do not retain the full Creem customer or webhook object. We keep only limited operational references needed to add credits, prevent duplicate grants, investigate refunds, and provide support.

Data Retention

We keep account, credit, payment, and generation records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Future storage settings may allow users to delete generated assets.
